Refund policy

All sales are final. Orders are considered fulfilled at time of shipping. Dada Drumming is not responsible for mishandling by postal services resulting in damaged products once it leaves our hands. Best efforts are made to make sure your purchase will arrive safely and in the condition it was shipped to you in. However, if you receive a damaged product, please reach out and a review will be made of the circumstances. If it is determined the fault lies in our hands, restitution will be made by either refunding the full purchase price, or replacing the damaged item(s).

In cases of defective products that may have slipped through to you (blank sides of tapes, scratched CD's, etc.), please make contact and a thorough review will be made of the circumstances. A refund or replacement will made if it is shown the product is truly defective.
